Refund policy
Cancellations
You may cancel an order within 30 minutes after you have made payment. If you'd like to request cancellation, please send us an email as well as your order number by clicking the "Contact Us" button located on the homepage. Cancellation requests received more than 30 minutes after the order was placed will not be honored.
Refunds and Exchanges
All items are custom made. Therefore ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you have any questions about our products, please feel free to contact us by clicking our "Contact Us" button located on the homepage.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately using the "Contact Us" button on the homepage if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. When you contact us, please include:
- Your order number
- A picture proof of the damaged item or wrong item
- The packing slip
You must report any discrepancies within 24 hours of receiving your package or the product(s) will not be replaced. If it is determined that the product(s) is damaged, you will receive the same design, color, and size as originally ordered. No exceptions. We will not honor any returns based on incorrect size being chosen at the time of order.
Please note that photos may be slightly different than the actual item color, size of design on the item, and the position of the design on the item. We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we use mock up apparel for advertising purposes so a true representation of our products may not always be possible.
