How much is shipping?

Shipping costs vary and are automatically calculated once you are on the checkout page. 

How long does it take for my order to be ready?

We thank you for your patience while your item is custom made by us. Orders take 3 - 5 business days to process and processing time does not including shipping time. 

How long will the shipping take?

Due to COVID-19, our some shipping outlets are experiencing higher than normal volume at this time. These delays are worldwide with shipping times extending up to 2 weeks or more.  We have no control over how long it takes for your package to be received once it's shipped.

I have not received my package, what should I do?

All delivery claims and disputes must be handled between the customer and the postal agency. If during shipment your package is delayed, lost, or damaged due to bad weather, any other natural disaster, any unpleasant or unpredictable circumstances, we will not be held liable and unfortunately cannot issue a replacement. We will not compensate for any loss or damages caused by delays or any mishandling of your package by the postal service/carrier or otherwise as we do our best to carefully package and ship orders out in a timely manner. 

Please understand that it is out of our hands after we have handed your package over to the postal carrier, and we cannot guarantee that your package will be fully intact upon delivery. If you do receive a damaged package, please contact your postal office and file a claim. We encourage you to choose the shipping option carries an insurance amount of up to $100.00, in case of events such as these.

In the event that an item is returned to us as undeliverable (due to, for example, incorrect address provided, a change in address before the order was shipped, etc.), the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost for re-shipment. Please ensure that your mailing address is correct before placing your order as we will only send your package to the address you provide as the shipping address when you placed the order.
